📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional processing time during high-volume periods or product launches. We'll always do our best to keep you updated.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs for international orders.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide! Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.


🧾 Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


📬 Wrong Address / Lost Package

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Chalkmate is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hannah@chalkmateco.com and we’ll help you file a claim or arrange a replacement if eligible.
